All work deliverables are F.O.B. Destination Freight Prepaid and Allowed. The state retains inspection and acceptance rights for thirty days following completion. Contractors must maintain records for six years after final payment and allow state auditors access. Payment is due within thirty days of receipt of a correct invoice.

Prior performance on rangeland treatment contracts is evaluated using a three-category scoring system: Quality of Product or Service (8 points), Timeliness of Performance (8 points), and Contract Management (4 points).
