The invitation for bid was posted on April 20, 2026, with a bid closing date of May 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, and all deliveries must be completed by July 15, 2026. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; however, bidders may submit questions via email in Microsoft Word format to Bridget K. Martinez (bridget.martinez@ks.gov) by close of business on May 15, 2026. The contract term extends from the date of award through May 1, 2030, and award will be made by individual location based on the lowest responsive bid meeting specifications.

Bidders are required to obtain a current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Kansas Department of Revenue and submit it with their bid response, along with a Certification Regarding Immigration Reform and Control form and three references. Prospective bidders not initially invited must request an official invitation at least 24 hours prior to the event closing date. Eligible vendors may claim preference designations including Certified Business Bidder Preference, Disabled Veteran Owned Business Category, or State Use Purchases Category, provided supporting documentation is included with their bid response. Electronic bid submission is the preferred method, with bids sent to procurement@ks.gov; alternatively, mailed or hand-delivered bids must arrive by the closing date at 2:00 PM CST at 900 SW Jackson Suite 451, South Topeka, Kansas. All bid responses become property of the State and are subject to the Kansas Open Records Act. Payment terms are Net 30 days following receipt of goods and invoice, and the State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid responses and to waive minor deviations in specifications. No bid guarantee is required, and additional orders beyond the initial quantities will be quoted separately for each location.
