About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation, Office of Information Systems, is requesting vendor information regarding hosting services for AASHTOWare bridge management software, with submissions due August 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST. This is a sole-source procurement pathway — the Department has identified AASHTO as a known vendor and reserves the right to post a single-source award notice on the Vendor Information Portal if, after evaluating submitted vendor information, it determines that the services are available only from a single source, in accordance with Florida Statutes section 120.57(3).
The Department is soliciting information on prospective vendors' capability to supply hosting services for AASHTOWare, a bridge management software platform. No contract value, term, or detailed service-level specifications are disclosed in the available documentation. The procurement is currently in the information-gathering phase; the Department will evaluate responses and determine whether to proceed with a single-source award or continue with a competitive solicitation.
Vendor information must be submitted by email or mail to the addresses specified in the posting.
