A cash allowance of $828,720.00 is allocated for exhibits fabrication and installation through Split Rock Studios, with a provisionary allowance of $71,500.00 for contingent work. The contract term extends from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, with Phase 1 (space renovation) due by February 28, 2027, and Phase 2 (exhibit fabrication and installation) due by December 1, 2027, with liquidated damages assessed at $1,000.00 per calendar day for each phase if deadlines are not met.
