Certificate of Insurance, builder's license documentation, and compliance reporting are submitted through the City's OpenGov e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson.
Award goes to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest compliant proposal. The City may reject any and all bids and may award to a non-lowest bidder at the City's cost differential. Proposals remain valid for 90 days after bid opening.
No pre-bid meeting will be held. Contractors may contact the homeowner, Rebecca Julio, at 517-924-8972 to schedule a site visit. The RFP was released October 26, 2026.
