The base contract term is four years at a not-to-exceed compensation of $937,330.02. The City may exercise up to five optional one-year renewal periods, bringing total potential compensation to $2,489,833.42 and maximum contract duration to nine years. The parties may extend the term beyond the five option years through mutual written agreement by amendment, provided the total term does not exceed nine years.
Given the posted due date of September 24, 2026, which precedes today's date of September 30, 2026, this procurement has closed to new submissions. Modaxo is identified as the sole source vendor.
