This procurement was posted on July 17, 2025, with a submission deadline of August 4, 2025, and required all prospective bidders to register in the TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE system to access the complete RFQ documents and submit bids electronically. Prior to contract award, the issuing officer verified that selected suppliers were not suspended or debarred, met eVerify requirements, passed sales and use tax checks with the Department of Revenue, and complied with anti-boycott of Israel certification requirements. ECO Concepts LLC was selected as the successful offeror on August 15, 2025, with a fixed contract award amount of $32,942.50, while Siak Enterprise LLC and Gilbert Global Group were rejected for not submitting the lowest bids.
The solicitation included potential pricing preferences available under Georgia procurement law, including an 8% price preference for Georgia Enterprises for Products and Services (GEPS) and price match options for Georgia-based or Georgia resident small businesses within 5% to $10,000 of the lowest bid, along with reciprocal preference considerations. No incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure integration requirements were identified in the solicitation documentation. The contract award value was fixed at $32,942.50 for the single incinerator purchase. All interested parties were directed to reference the Georgia Procurement Manual for the supplier protest process, with protests to be submitted electronically to doas.protests@doas.ga.gov.
