The system enables users to access live traffic cameras, incident and construction information, and traffic speed data throughout Georgia, while also providing 24-hour motorist assistance via telephone through Highway Emergency Response Operator (HERO) or Coordinated Highway Assistance and Maintenance Program (CHAMP) depending on location. The eRFP was posted on March 19, 2026, with a proposal due date of April 23, 2026. This is an open agency contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum service quantities or total dollar commitment from the Department. Technical support for the Team Georgia Marketplace submission platform is available through the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk at 404-657-6000 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, excluding state holidays and closures) or via email at ProcurementHelp@doas.ga.gov.
The solicitation documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, incumbent vendors, or award value ranges. No information regarding existing technology infrastructure requiring integration, evaluation criteria, required qualifications for bidders, or specific deliverables and performance metrics is included in the provided documentation. Interested suppliers should consult the complete eRFP document and any supplemental materials posted on the Team Georgia Marketplace platform for comprehensive details regarding participation eligibility, technical requirements, system integration needs, and contract terms and conditions.
