The contract requires compliance with all applicable federal codes and standards administered by the EPA, OSHA, DOT, Michigan Bureau of Construction Codes, and Bureau of Fire Services. Proposals must include design recommendations, comprehensive project understanding, work plans, key personnel information, and similar project references. The mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour was held on August 13, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., with questions accepted until August 14, 2019, at 5:00 p.m., and proposals due electronically through SIGMA on August 28, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
