About this opportunity

The Ohio Department of Public Safety is soliciting quotes for printing and purchasing 900 copies of the 2027 Motorcycle Year at a Glance Calendar, with quotes due October 27, 2026.

Bidders must submit unit pricing with no more than three decimal places; digits beyond three places will be dropped and not used in evaluation. All items must be bid; failure to bid any item disqualifies the bid. The low lot total price is calculated by multiplying estimated usage of each item by its corresponding unit price and summing the totals.

The calendars measure 22 inches by 35.5 inches, printed on 100-pound white gloss text stock using four-color process offset printing with black tin tops and bottoms and a centered hanger loop. Approximately 181 tubes are to be rolled and mailed via USPS to addresses provided by ODPS; the remaining tubes are delivered with the order. Each mailing tube must display a return address for the Ohio Department of Public Safety Motorcycle Program in Columbus. Bidders must submit an electronic color laser proof to size within three working days of award to printrequest@dps.ohio.gov. All materials must be packaged on four-way pallets not exceeding 56 inches in height or 5,000 pounds in weight. Delivery is requested December 18, 2026 to the ODPS Alum Creek Facility in Columbus. All invoices must reference DPS Job Number 48568 and the corresponding Purchase Order Number.
