About this opportunity

The Ohio Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Motor Vehicles is soliciting quotes for printing and purchase of BMV Application Information for Ohio Driver's License/ID Card materials in English, with quotes due September 16, 2026 and delivery requested by October 30, 2026.

Bidders must submit unit pricing for all line items; failure to bid all items will disqualify the bid. Unit prices are capped at three decimal places — any digits beyond the third decimal point will be dropped by DPS and excluded from evaluation and award determination. The award will be calculated by multiplying estimated usage of each item by its corresponding unit price and summing the totals to establish the low lot total price.

Completed materials must ship to the ODPS Alum Creek Facility, 1583 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43209, Attention: Receiving. The scope, specifications, and artwork are defined in the attached Print Project Specifications document. Bidders must complete and submit an Affirmation and Disclosure Form as part of their bid package. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
