All work must comply with ANSI A156 standards and manufacturer specifications. The contractor must be factory-trained and hold a California State Licensing Board Class B General Building Contractor license or C-61, D-8, or D-28 license. Parts replaced must be new or OEM-equivalent at actual cost plus maximum 10% markup, subject to CalVet Contract Manager approval. The contractor must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with combined single limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and Workers' Compensation insurance. All questions must be submitted via email per the timeline in the Notice to Prospective Bidders.
