About this opportunity
Forsyth County is seeking competitive bids for a three-year contract to provide printing, postage, and shipping services for tax-related notices from the Tax Assessor's Office, with the contract period spanning from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. The procurement will be conducted exclusively through EUNA Procurement's digital portal, with bids only accepted online and no alternative submission methods permitted. Potential vendors must submit their proposals by 2:00 P.M. local time on October 16th, 2025, with a public bid opening scheduled for 2:30 P.M. the same day at the Forsyth County Procurement Department and via Microsoft Teams. All submitted bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days after the opening date. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technical irregularities, and make an award deemed in its best interest, with the possibility of splitting the contract or awarding it in its entirety. Bidders are expected to be qualified service providers capable of handling routine printing and shipping operations for tax-related documentation.
The solicitation does not explicitly mention specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the documentation. The procurement does not provide specific details about award values or precise budget ranges for the tax notice printing and mailing services. Interested vendors will need to access the county's procurement portal for comprehensive details about qualification requirements and submission specifics. The contract's scope suggests a standardized service for tax notice production and distribution, implying that vendors should have established capabilities in printing, postage management, and document shipping. Potential respondents will need to demonstrate technical proficiency in handling large-volume, time-sensitive government documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
