In the event of a tied proposal, preference will be given to a disabled veteran-owned small business. While the exact contract value is marked as "TBD" (to be determined), the rate sheet indicates pricing requirements for 36 monthly cooking oil pickups, 12 quarterly grease trap pumpings, and 3 emergency grease trap pumpings.
