The procurement includes specific set-aside and preference designations, with opportunities for Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Non-Small Business participants, and a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation incentive ranging from 3-5% based on DVBE participation levels. Insurance requirements are substantial, mandating $1,000,000 per occurrence for Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation coverage. The estimated total contract value is $30,456.00 for the 36-month term. Bidders must submit comprehensive documentation, including cost sheets, certifications, and a GenAI reporting factsheet. The DMV will withhold $10,000 from the final payment until the contractor complies with all DVBE reporting requirements, if applicable.
