Bidding uses a separate line-item format for sludge hauling (cost per 1,000 gallons) and pump station wet well cleaning (cost per four-hour and eight-hour workday), with separate pricing for emergency services and cancellation fees. Written questions are due by 4:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026, with responses issued via addendum by September 4. The contract period runs January 1 through December 31, 2027.
