Prevailing wage requirements apply at San Mateo County rates. The contract commences November 3, 2026 and expires November 2, 2029, with CAL FIRE holding the right to extend for one additional year. Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the contract amount is required if the bid exceeds $25,000.
