The total contract amount not-to-exceed is $3 million. Bidders must submit a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to not less than 10% of the total contract amount ($300,000). The successful bidder shall furnish an initial Performance Bond of $500,000 and an initial Payment Bond of $500,000, both subject to County Counsel and Risk Manager approval. Questions and requests for interpretation are due by 4:00 p.m. on August 17, 2026, through the County's online bidding system at https://opengov.com/products/procurement/suppliers/. At least one representative from each prospective bidding firm must attend the pre-bid meeting; confirmation of attendance is due by 2:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026.
