Update #2 · Latest ·

Changed closing date to 11/14/22. Closing was originally set on 11/13/22. On 11/14/22, tried to change closing date to 11/14/22, so that applications could be accepted through 11:59 pm ET. However, Grants.gov would not let the closing date be on the same date changes were being made. Message said closing date must be in the future. So, on 11/14/22, changed the closing date to be 11/15/22, to allow for applications to be submitted through 11/14. Now, on 11/15/22, changing the closing date back to 11/14/22. -
