The OPRD staff will daily operate and maintain Reclamation's outdoor recreation facilities for the public at Prineville Reservoir. The resource management plan [lease agreement No. 10-07-10-L1766 between Reclamation and OPRD] will incorporate and guide how the reservoir will be managed and maintained by OPRD. It is anticipated that Reclamation's involvement will consist of standard federal stewardship responsibilities such as monitoring project performance, technical assistance at the request of the recipient, etc.
