About this opportunity
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking a single applicant to establish a 24-month virtual Learning Collaborative (LC) focused on improving oral health outcomes for people with HIV through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F Community Based Dental Partnership Program. The cooperative agreement aims to disseminate promising practices in community-based HIV dental education, oral health and HIV primary care integration, and developing dental leaders in HIV care. Eligible applicants include public and nonprofit entities, institutions of higher education, and academic health centers involved in HIV-related issues. The application will be evaluated on six merit review criteria: need, response, performance reporting, impact, resources and capabilities, and support requested. The application deadline is August 12, 2025, with an expected award date of September 30, 2025.
The grant will provide a total award of $600,000 for the 24-month project period, running from September 30, 2025 to August 31, 2027. The Learning Collaborative will utilize the Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) model to facilitate collaborative learning and knowledge exchange. Awardees will be required to develop LC sessions, identify subject matter experts, manage continuing dental education credits, and create multimedia materials to share best practices. Quarterly progress reports, annual performance reports, and a comprehensive final report will be mandatory deliverables. The project will be conducted virtually, allowing for broad participation across different geographic locations.
