Synopsis
1) establish biologically meaningful groupings for the landscape genetic analyses, 2) develop and compare set of ecologically relevant resistance surfaces that represent ecological hypotheses describing genetic connectivity for sage-grouse within each geographic grouping, and 3) use existing lek locations as current nodes and estimate current flow (i.e., predicted probability of movement) to establish movement corridors within each grouping.
Eligibility
This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Cooperative Agreement to Dr. Brad Fedy (Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo) for the purpose of researching landscape factors that influence functional connectivity for greater sage-grouse.
