The Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health is seeking applications for the Ensuring Research Integrity - Conferences and Workshops Program (CWP). This opportunity aims to support the planning and execution of conferences and workshops that promote the responsible conduct of research and disseminate research findings on research integrity. Eligible applicants include public or nonprofit universities, hospitals, laboratories, and other institutions, as well as public or nonprofit faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, and American Indian/Alaska Native/Native American (AI/AN/NA) organizations. The proposals should include at least one of the following elements: thematic conferences, skill-building workshops, or outreach and education events. The projects are expected to produce measurable outcomes, such as demonstrated retention of knowledge, sharing of knowledge gained, and/or change in practice.

Recent awards under the Research on Research Integrity program, which this opportunity falls under, have ranged from approximately $40,000 to $750,000 and typically span 1-2 year project periods. The work may be performed at locations determined by the grantees but must focus on Public Health Service-funded research communities.
