Synopsis
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Midwest Region, intends to issue a Single Source Grant Agreement Award without competition to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to complete an inventory of culverts on state forest roads and develop a publically available statewide database of culvert data. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is uniquely qualified as a funding recipient as culvert inventories will occur on State of Michigan owned lands and data included in the statewide database is owned and maintained by Michigan Department of Natural Resources divisions.
