About this opportunity

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is seeking applications from non-501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to support commercial motor vehicle enforcement training through cooperative agreements under the FY 2023 Commercial Motor Vehicle High Priority Enforcement Training and Support Grant Program. Eligible applicants must submit an application package by April 19, 2024 describing their technical and budget proposals, as well as experience and plans to address priorities around safety, equity and workforce development. Selection will be competitive based on these criteria. Awardees must comply with administrative requirements and report performance metrics quarterly to FMCSA.

Up to $5 million total will be awarded to support enforcement training of non-federal personnel.
