The venue must be located within a 20-mile radius of Reno, maintain a minimum three-star rating, provide onsite parking, and be situated approximately 10 miles from a hospital or emergency room. No incumbent contractor or current contractor information is provided in this pre-solicitation notice. The government has not disclosed a specific budget or award value for this contract. The meals must accommodate dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options for all 280 attendees, and the contractor must provide all standard serving dishes, plates, glasses, utensils, and linens. All contractor staff must maintain current food handler permits and valid food service and business licenses, which will be subject to inspection during the event. The contractor must also designate an onsite event coordinator and allow support staff access for a pre-event walkthrough to ensure proper facility coordination.
