The procurement seeks to renew the Nintex K2 Five Subscription - Builder software, which serves as a workflow automation platform designed to build automated business workflows and digitize administrative forms with minimal coding requirements. The platform must support 251 users and provide capabilities for creating web and mobile applications, generating custom reports, and integrating with machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 513210 (Software Publishers), with a size standard of $34 million in revenue or less. The government is specifically seeking responses from various categories of small businesses including HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, 8(a), veteran-owned, woman-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses to determine their availability and capability. While the notice does not specify contract values or award amounts, it indicates this is a renewal of an existing Nintex K2 Five Subscription service. The platform renewal will continue to serve the existing user base of 251 individuals within the NCATS organization. The government will use the received capability statements to assess the market and potentially structure a small business set-aside acquisition.
