The scope requires all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, supplies, and services to remove and install the WOC controlled area access system across four work areas. Area 1 includes an RFID-enabled access point with PIN pad emergency backup, video camera transmitting live feed to designated desks, two-way intercom connecting the main entrance to the MSC controller's desk and security manager's desk, and remotely operated door buzzer. Area 2 involves running video feed, intercom, and door buzzer to the security manager's desk and installing a duress alarm at that location. Area 3 requires RFID-enabled access point with PIN pad backup at an alternate entrance. Area 4 calls for duress alarm installation at two MSC controller desks and running video feed, intercom, and door buzzer to those locations. The contractor must provide a stand-alone card coding system allowing government personnel to utilize Common Access Cards for facility entry. Each phase must be operational within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor must perform daily debris removal, proper waste disposal, and repair any contractor-caused facility damage.
