The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change the NAICS Code to 115310 $20.5 Million Support - Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is
I) Answer questions from the pre-quote conference,
II) List attendees and emails from the pre-quote conference, and
III) Attach updated maps that work with Avenza.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Period of Performance: 09/30/2021 to 12/31/2022
The Willis Creek Tree Thinning is part of the 12 Mile NEPA Project located on the San Carlos Ranger District of the San Isabel National Forest, approximately 1.0 mile north of Lake Isabel, Colorado. Land management objectives for the project area are summarized as follows:

- Improve Forest Health—Provide growing space for healthy trees and reduce fuel loadings.
- Utilize Timber or other products—Provide fuelwood resources to the public.
- Reduce hazardous fuels on National Forest System lands.

Location: 18353 Highway 165, Rye, CO 81023
This is the address of the San Isabel Scout Ranch which is directly adjacent to the project area

9/17/2021 - Quotes due 7:00 am CT
9/17/2021 - Acknowledge all amendments if any issued by signing the SF30 and include with your quote.
