About this opportunity

The RFI covers six PPE categories: flame-resistant pants and tops with reinforced seams, bright colors or dark green with reflective tape, and thermal protection balanced with breathability; protective footwear certified to NFPA standards with protection against sharp objects, heat, and falling debris; gloves providing dexterity while defending against cuts, punctures, and burns; helmets with impact and penetration protection, flame resistance, adjustable chinstrap and head fitting, and NFPA certification; goggles offering impact protection and resistance to heat and smoke; and respirators complying with NFPA 1984. All items must achieve NFPA standard certification by accredited laboratories. Quantities for each category are listed as To Be Determined.
Delivery location is Dyess Air Force Base. Interested vendors should submit responses to cameron.gause@us.af.mil. The attached Salient Characteristics document specifies technical requirements for each PPE category.
