About this opportunity

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central is seeking design-build services from qualified firms to construct a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Annex facility at Naval Support Facility Deveselu, Romania. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on November 26, 2025, with a deadline of December 11, 2025, and follows a sources sought notice issued on February 24, 2025, and subsequent market survey analysis that determined unrestricted full and open competition was appropriate.
