About this opportunity

The Department of Clinical Investigation at Madigan Army Medical Center is seeking to develop a high-fidelity, immersive virtual reality training platform to assess the impact on individual clinician and team trauma management performance in simulated deployed environments. The platform must replicate ROLE I and II medical treatment environments, include medical evacuation simulations, and integrate complex autonomous trauma cases. It must also allow for multiplayer team care simulation, observer facilitation, and mass casualty scenarios. Capabilities statements are due by 10 July 2020 and are to be emailed to Brenda Mena.

There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Specific details regarding budget, quantity, or incumbent were not provided. Respondents are sought to develop virtual reality simulations of trauma scenarios and medical treatment facilities to advance training for clinicians operating in deployed environments for the Army Medical Command.
