About this opportunity
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) is seeking innovative solutions for its Video Linking and Intelligence From Non-Collaborative Sensors (Video LINCS) Program through a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitation. The program aims to develop algorithms that can autonomously re-identify objects, including people, vehicles, and generic objects, across diverse video sensor data and map the re-identified objects to a common reference frame. Key technical objectives include robust re-identification performance across varying conditions and sensor types, and accurate geo-localization with limited metadata. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical merit, effectiveness of the work plan, relevance to program goals, team experience, and budget constraints. Proposals are due by August 9, 2024, with multiple awards anticipated in the form of procurement contracts or other transactions.
This solicitation has no set-aside designation, and IARPA has not identified any incumbent contractors currently performing this research. The BAA does not provide specific budget information or an estimated timeline for the selection and notification process. The Video LINCS program is a 48-month effort divided into three phases, with the place of performance being Washington, DC.
