The solicitation shall result in multiple Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contracts by Regional Office with one twelve month period of performance and provisions for four twelve month option periods. Minimums and Maximums for each contract award have not been established, but are expected to be based on the needs of the Regional Offices. The solicitation will be issued with a combination of full and open and set asides based on market research obtained from Request for Information (RFI) VA-798-09-RI-0046. The total value of the contracts is estimated at $150,000,000 inclusive of all options. A copy of the solicitation will be available at FEDBIZOPS website on or about February, 2010 The RFP number will be VA-798-09-RP-0059. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
