Place of performance is Warner Robins, Georgia. The BPA has a binding ceiling of $350,000 with a per-order call limit of $350,000, covering a 60-month ordering period from October 30, 2026 through October 29, 2031. The contractor must provide expected repair and delivery timeframes with each order, ship repaired items in commercial packaging with detailed delivery documentation, and provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor from return shipment. A Program Manager must be designated within five calendar days of BPA establishment. The NAICS code is 334515, and the PSC code is J059. The contractor must maintain CMMC Level 1 certification and comply with DPAS rated order requirements.
