The performance location is Bremerton, WA 98314, specifically for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard facility. Vendors must have active accounts in the Joint Certification Program (JPC) to access the distribution D drawing and must provide comprehensive technical documentation including foundry test reports and quality assurance certifications to be considered responsive.
