About this opportunity

Summary of Key Details:

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) FY25 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) on the USS PEARL HARBOR (LSD 52) under a Coast-wide (West Coast) solicitation. NAVSEA is especially interested in identifying small business capability to perform the anticipated dry-dock and pier-side maintenance, repair, and alterations work, which is expected to take place from September 7, 2025 to February 19, 2027. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price, and the anticipated RFP release date is October 2024.

The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this announcement, and no telephone inquiries or solicitation packages will be provided at this time.
