The itemized pricing sheet identifies 39 distinct safety net components with varying dimensions and hook configurations (ranging from 16 to 22 hooks per net) across multiple access trunk locations, with each component required at a quantity of one unit, distributed across three fixed-price line items covering installation labor, manufacturing services, and weight testing. No incumbent contractor or current contract award value is identified in the solicitation documents. The work must be completed within the 24-day performance window beginning March 2, 2026, with all fabrication, weight testing, and shipboard installation tasks required to be performed during this compressed timeline.
