About this opportunity

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is seeking to procure HPE/Aruba WIFI equipment and installation services to replace its current wireless infrastructure across all museum campuses. The solicitation aims to implement a secure, reliable, and scalable WIFI network that will serve the Museum's business operations, guests, and visitors through qualified HPE/Aruba certified resellers. Key requirements include WiFi 6 compatible access points with advanced features, aggregation POE switches, cloud-based management systems, proper mounting accessories, and a minimum of one year's expert-level support and maintenance. The contract will be awarded on a best-value basis using FAR Clause 52.212-2 evaluation criteria, with technical capabilities, past performance, corporate experience, and key personnel qualifications being prioritized over pricing. Critical dates include a deadline for questions on June 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST and proposal submissions due July 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST, both directed to Mary Green at magreen@ushmm.org.

This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and is unrestricted to all qualified vendors. The project encompasses multiple facilities totaling approximately 435,000 square feet, including the main Museum building (250,000 sq ft), Ross Administrative Building (45,000 sq ft), Portals III (37,000 sq ft), Shapell Center (103,000 sq ft), and four small regional offices. The contract structure will be firm fixed-price, with the Museum reserving the right to split the award among multiple vendors if deemed beneficial. Contract award is anticipated for August 1, 2025, and the work will require a comprehensive site survey across all main Museum campuses. The primary place of performance is Fort Lesley J. McNair, DC 20024, though the project spans the Museum's various facilities throughout the Washington, DC area.
