The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is conducting market research to evaluate commercial vendor capabilities for re-procuring comprehensive managed IT security, multi-cloud/DevSecOps architecture, network engineering, and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operational services, with responses due by October 30, 2026. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding solicitation or obligation to procure.

USHMM seeks to sustain day-to-day security operations across an existing infrastructure managing 4,000+ monthly security tickets, 1,200 endpoints, and 800 users. The current staffing model includes a dedicated CISO, Security Architect, Security Operational Support, Security Analyst, AWS Architect/DevSecOps Oversight, and Network/System Engineer. Work is performed at the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

Vendors must demonstrate capability across five operational domains: multi-cloud security management (AWS/GCP), Active Directory and Privileged Access Management, storage and shared drive access governance, endpoint/MDM/server hardening, and network/WiFi infrastructure. The existing security stack comprises 25+ integrated tools including Okta, Delinea PAM, Armis, Check Point Harmony, SentinelOne, Jamf Pro, Check Point NGFW, Forescout NAC, CloudGuard, Varonis, LogRhythm SIEM, and others. USHMM seeks evaluation against NIST SP 800-53 r5, FISMA, PCI DSSv4.2.1, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, and CSF 2.0 standards.

Responses must address corporate information, integrated CISO/MSSP capabilities, technical domain qualifications (including Jamf Level 300 certification availability and AWS/GCP expertise), transformation lifecycle methodology, labor categories with AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Jamf Certified Admin Level 300, Certified IAM Specialist, and CISSP/CISM/CISA credentials, and commercial pricing benchmarks for Washington, DC Metropolitan Area labor equivalents.
