About this opportunity

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting published this Special Notice to announce its Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 Engagement with Industry conference call. Originally scheduled for January 27, 2026, the event was rescheduled to February 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET due to inclement weather. The notice was posted on December 19, 2025, with a due date of February 3, 2026, and has been updated multiple times through February 20, 2026. USCIS hosted this quarterly engagement session to facilitate open dialogue between the agency and industry partners regarding current and future procurement requirements. The session was conducted via Microsoft Teams with all participants muted and video disabled upon entry, and the recording was subsequently posted to USCIS's YouTube channel for public access.

The purpose of this Special Notice was to inform industry of the latest USCIS procurement-related information and to gather advance questions from potential contractors. Industry participants were encouraged to submit questions no later than 3:00 PM on January 20, 2026, to receive comprehensive responses during the call. The presentation was organized by USCIS subdivisions, with discussions limited to each subdivision's requirements immediately following their briefing, and all unanswered questions were collected for post-call written responses. Draft presentation slides were made available on January 13, 2026, with final slides provided on February 3, 2026, and finalized Q&A documentation released on February 20, 2026. The Q&A document addressed numerous procurement initiatives across multiple divisions, including IT Services, Contact Center Support Services, technology platforms, and architectural systems, with varying release dates, set-aside statuses, and distribution strategies throughout fiscal year 2026. All interested contractors could self-register to attend via the provided Microsoft Teams link without specific stated eligibility restrictions.
