About this opportunity

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting has issued a Special Notice for its Fiscal Year 2025 Second Quarter Engagement with Industry, scheduled for January 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm Eastern Time. This quarterly event is designed to facilitate open dialogue between USCIS and industry stakeholders regarding current and future procurement requirements. The engagement will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, marking a shift from previous operator-assisted calls. USCIS plans to record the session and subsequently post it on their YouTube channel, with presentation slides to be updated by January 15, 2025. The agency is committed to providing accurate and up-to-date procurement information while maintaining an interactive format for industry participants.

Contractors interested in participating must follow specific guidelines for the engagement. Questions should be submitted in advance to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov by 10:00 am ET on January 23, 2025, with a recommendation to include specific slide or APFS numbers for clarity. The call will be structured with presentations organized by subdivisions, where presenters will discuss requirements and answer live questions specific to those segments. Once a subdivision's requirements have been briefed, no further live questions will be accepted for that section. Upon entry to the Microsoft Teams meeting, attendees will be automatically muted and have their video disabled. The event is part of USCIS's broader FY25 Quarterly Conference Calls with Industry series, with additional dates scheduled for October 29, 2024, April 29, 2025, and July 29, 2025. There are no specific set-aside restrictions for participation, making the engagement open to interested industry vendors.
