About this opportunity

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting has published a Special Notice for its 1st Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 Engagement with Industry, scheduled for October 29, 2024. The purpose of these quarterly engagements is to provide an open dialogue between USCIS and industry on current and future procurement requirements. This particular engagement will focus on providing industry the latest procurement-related information for USCIS, including details on upcoming Request for Information (RFI) opportunities across various USCIS divisions.

The Special Notice outlines the process for participating in the engagement, which will now be held via Microsoft Teams. Contractors are encouraged to submit questions in advance to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov by October 24, 2024 to receive the most accurate and timely responses. The format of the call will feature presentations on specific USCIS requirements, followed by a live Q&A session for each subdivision. USCIS plans to record the session and post the presentation slides prior to the event. The Special Notice also provides the FY25 quarterly engagement schedule, with the remaining calls taking place in January, April, and July of 2025.
