About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for reupholstering furniture onboard the USCGC Healy prior to May 2024. The United States Coast Guard is seeking to reupholster one "L" shaped sectional with three middle sections and two ends, another "L" shaped sectional with two middle sections and two ends, and one regular sectional with two ends. The preferred fabric is a Bande pattern in Bleu color. Dimensions are provided in an attached image file. Due to shipboard constraints, vendors must be capable of performing the upholstering services onboard the vessel. The Coast Guard will move furniture as needed to provide work space and some cushions may require replacement. Proposals are due no later than February 22, 2024.
There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The place of performance will be in Seattle, Washington. Specific quantities and award values were not provided, however the scope requires reupholstering furniture for multiple sectional pieces. Due to the onboard location, vendors must have the ability to perform upholstery services aboard a ship, with Coast Guard personnel assisting with furniture movement as necessary to facilitate the work.
