The work involves repairing door components and lock systems at both USCG Base Charleston in North Charleston and USCG Sector Charleston in Charleston. The procurement falls under the Locksmiths NAICS category and involves maintenance of miscellaneous buildings.

Any parties who believe they can perform the required lock repair services may submit capability statements by July 20, 2025, to SKC Adam Hitchcox at the provided email address. The actual work scope includes replacing 27 locks and 12 interchangeable cores at one facility and 34 locks at another facility, using Allegion-distributed Schlage products, with completion expected within 10 days. Contractors must provide qualified personnel, comply with government regulations, and deliver training on the new locking mechanisms. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with competitive procurement based on any responses received, and will not be responsible for costs incurred by parties responding to this notice.
