About this opportunity

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is conducting a Request for Information and Sources Sought for program management support services for U.S. Border Patrol Intelligence operations, with responses due May 27, 2026 at 1 p.m. ET. Award is anticipated on or before September 2026 under OASIS+ as a small-business-eligible, single-award contract with an estimated value of $5 million to $8 million.

The work encompasses program management and governance support for Open-Source Intelligence platforms and Strategic Collaboration Group technology pilots (vehicle identification and tracking, digital media exploitation, radio frequency signal detection, maritime domain awareness, vehicle counter-surveillance, and AI-enabled analytics); acquisition management support; training development and delivery; technology pilot assessment and evaluation; compliance support for privacy and civil liberties; and monthly license utilization reporting. Place of performance includes both contractor facilities and CBP facilities, with a significant on-site presence anticipated at USBP locations. The base period is 12 months with one 12-month option year, with a small multi-disciplinary team of single-digit FTEs.

Contractors must disclose AI technology usage within 10 days of award via an AI Compliance and Risk Management Plan.
