About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is conducting a one-day Industry Day event on October 28, 2026, at USACE New Orleans District Headquarters (7400 Leake Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70118) to brief contractors and other stakeholders on active USACE projects in South Louisiana planned over the next 18 months. The event is open to all interested contractors (large and small businesses, joint ventures), academia, and other government stakeholders. Registration is now closed. Projects covered include Morganza to the Gulf, Atchafalaya Basin, Locks & Structures, Facilities & Physical Support, A-E Outlook Studies, Small Business opportunities, Mississippi River Gulf Ecosystem Restoration, Mississippi River Levee Construction, Southeast Louisiana, Southwest Coastal, Northeast Region, Upper Barataria Basin Environmental Infrastructure, Operations Division Contract Needs, and St. Tammany Coastal Storm & Flood Risk Management. The event offers one-on-one breakout sessions with USACE technical personnel on a first-come, first-served basis, vendor and professional organization display table opportunities on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendee presentation slots. Attendance is free and requires pre-registration. Attendees must bring valid state or federal picture identification and capabilities statements. Visitor parking is restricted to designated areas; no visitor parking is permitted along the main building.
