About this file
This is a Security and Safety Guidance document for the New Orleans District Industry Day event scheduled for October 28, 2026, hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
The document outlines visitor access and parking requirements for the event. All visitors must be pre-registered to gain access through the campus gates and must enter through the main building entrance for check-in at the sign-in booth. Visitor parking along the main building is prohibited throughout the campus, with multiple designated "No Visitor Parking" zones indicated on the accompanying site map. Visitors are required to possess valid State or Federal Picture Identification and are restricted from walking through the building during the event. All attendees must comply with posted traffic control signs, refrain from removing or moving traffic cones blocking reserved or designated parking spaces (including those marked for motorcycles and van pools), and report any suspicious activity immediately to a USACE employee or Security. The document includes a campus map indicating vehicle entrance and exit points, visitor building entrance locations, and no-parking zones.
