This opportunity is unrestricted with no set-aside designation and no current incumbents or contractors identified in the documentation. The contract has a minimum order value of $1,000 and a maximum ceiling of $249,000, covering monthly rental fees for water dispensers and potential emergency service charges. The initial contract period is twelve months with four one-year option periods, potentially extending the total contract duration to five years. Services will be performed across approximately 90-120 residential units located in various neighborhoods throughout São Paulo, with the primary place of performance listed as Santo Amaro, São Paulo.
