The government intends to set this requirement aside for small businesses under NAICS code 315250 (Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturing), which has a size standard of 750 employees. The anticipated contract structure will be a firm-fixed price Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract with a base period of one year and four option years, representing a potential five-year total contract duration. The annual quantity of 15,600 T-shirts delivered in batch shipments as names become available indicates a substantial ongoing requirement for the Academy's incoming cadet population. No incumbent contractor or current contract holders are identified in this sources sought notice, and no specific budget range or estimated contract value is disclosed at this pre-solicitation stage. The tight delivery timeline of 21 days for personalized printing after receipt of names suggests the need for responsive manufacturing capabilities and efficient supply chain management.
